Camp Fimfo Memorial Day Weekend – Waco, TX

Camp Fimfo Memorial Day Weekend, also known as "Stars, Stripes, and S'mores!", takes place from May 22 to 25. Camp Fimfo is beloved for its unique, family-oriented getaway in the Texas Hill Country, offering a wide range of camping experiences and plenty of fun activities.

Up for a round of bowling? Memorial Day Weekend Madness is the perfect time to hit the lanes, thanks to the popular Spare Time bowling alley in Temple. For just $19 per person, you can enjoy a half day of bowling, laser tag, and unlimited video game play. Bowling shoes are covered in your fee. Choose to visit either 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. or 5 p.m. to closing. The onsite restaurant serves up pizza, wings, burgers, and all your other favorites.

Memorial Day Ruck March – Temple, TX

Memorial Day Ruck March is one of the two Rucks on Main events for 2026. The March benefits charity and honors veterans, and it departs from the Santa Fe Plaza in downtown Temple. This year's Memorial Day March is on Saturday, May 23. After March, participants can gather for free food and local craft beer. The total trek is six miles, leading through downtown Temple's historic neighborhoods.
