Every year Historic Waco hosts a memorable Christmas dinner in a historic setting. While the menu isn't available quite yet for Christmas on the Brazos, be sure to mark your calendar for Saturday, December 2, from 6:30 p.m. - 9 p.m. for this beloved event to make its 2023 return. - Christmas on Main Market - Troy Community Center, 201 E. Cross off the names on your gift list all in one day with a visit to Christmas on Main Market. For your convenience, several artisans and small businesses gather at a central location just minutes from Troy homes for sale. Items for sale cover a wide range of categories, from homemade food and crafts to toys and home decor. Do you still cherish holiday photos of yourself as a child, sitting on Santa's lap? Create memories for your own kids at Breakfast with Santa. In addition to a morning meal, the event includes activities such as crafts and a vendor market so you can work on your own holiday shopping. From 10 a.m. - noon, Santa himself will be on hand to pose for photos with all the good little girls and boys. Mark your calendar for Saturday, December 9, between 9 a.m. - noon. This year, treat yourself with a gift of some new bling. Everyone who finishes the Holiday 5K, 10K, & Half-Marathon receives a themed medal. The course is on the grounds of the Crossroads Recreational Complex, just down the street from Temple homes for sale. Walkers are also welcome on the 1.56-mile track. In 2023, Waco Wonderland enters its second decade. This magical three-day event is full of festive fun that starts with the Friday night tree lighting and fireworks. With a Ferris wheel, snow tubing hill, train rides, and a petting zoo, kids won't know where to begin. Shop Mistletoe Market for one-of-a-kind handmade crafts or tasty food and beverages. Enjoy live music and dancing on the entertainment stage, and don't forget your free photo with Santa. Waco Wonderland runs December 1-3. Event admission is free, and a $10 wristband may be purchased for unlimited rides on the Ferris wheel, snow tube hill, and train.
